The Cité de la musique’s calls for tender

The Cité de la musique is a public body of industrial and commercial nature governed by Ordinance no. 2005-649 and Decree no. 2005-1742 concerning contracts concluded with certain public or private entities not subject to the public procurement contracts code. The public contracts of the Cité de la musique respect the principles of freedom of access to public procurement, the equality of treatment of candidates and the transparency of procedures.

For Cité de la musique contracts pertaining to the adapted procedure, the Cité de la musique services have a software program enabling them to publish call for tender notices according to the subject, specifications and relatively high price of the purchase. These notices can be consulted below.
